Kasetsart 1-1 Samut Prakarn United

An 89th minute equalizer from Jakapong, was enough to send Kasetsart back to the top of Division 2 Bangkok.

In reality, it was a point that the Emerald Nagas barely deserved and SP United will be bitterly disappointed that they didn't collect all 3 points.

Samut Prakarn Utd controlled the first half, but despite their dominance they rarely tested the Kasetsart back 4 and only forced a few half chances.

In the second half, the same pattern of play continued, and in the 53rd minute, the Crab Devils deservedly took the lead from a 25 yard free-kick by Anusorn.

After the goal, the away side sat back and gave Kasetsart very little space to string passes together. The home side were growing increasingly frustrated with each other as they continually lost possesion and frustrated with the opposition as they kept falling down injured to waste time.

With a minute left on the clock, Kasetsart had their first and only attempt on target. A deep cross from the left flank was met by the head of an unmarked Jakapong as he rose to nod in the equalizer.

The goal was met with much relief from Kasetsart as they knew that the got out of jail with a point that the didn't deserve.

Tempers frayed a bit after the goal and it almost kicked off on the park, and as a consequence the same thing almost happened in the main stand.
