The big winners this weekend were the chasing pack of Prachinburi, Nontaburi and Bangkok Christian. They all earned decent victories to close the gap on the top 2. Kasetsart were surprisingly held to a 1-1 draw at home to Maptaput Rayong. The Emerald Nagas may well have been saving themselves for their upcoming Toyota League Cup double header with Muangthong United. However the biggest shock came at Raj Vithi as they lost 3-0 at home to Bangkok Christian. 

For the second consecutive Monday, North Bangkok could go top if they can win by 2 goals or more. Their opponents will be Assumption Thonburi. Last week, they were in a similar position but were held to a 0-0 by Thai Fleet.
