Sunday 28 April Review

TPL
Bangkok Glass 1-0 Army Utd
Chainat 1-1 BEC Tero
Suphanburi 0-1 Chonburi
TOT 1-1 Ratchaburi

The scoreboard from Sunday has the look of something you might expect to see on a binary card. Chonburi and Bangkok Glass were the two winners with their pair of them posting 1-0 victories. Natthapong's first half goal for Chonburi extended their wining sequence to four and at the same time inflicted Suphanburi's first defeat of the season.
Goran Jerkovic bagged the goal for Bangkok Glass to move them five points away from the relegation zone. The 1-0 loss at the Leo Stadium was Army's first since the second week of the season.
The games at TOT and Chainat both ended in 1-1 draws. At TOT, both form players from each side found the target with Rattana's second half goal cancelling out Noppol's first half lead for TOT.
Managerless BEC Tero were grateful for Sho Shimoji's second half strike as the Fire Dragons attained a point at Chainat. Somjet had given the Hornbills the lead on the half hour mark and the same man left the field 15 minutes from the end after he picked up two yellow cards.

Division 1
BBCU 1-1 PTT Rayong
Saraburi 4-1 Bangkok FC
Siam Navy 1-0 Rayong FC
Sriracha 3-1 Krabi

It was all square between BBCU and PTT Rayong which was good enough to move the duo back into the top two positions. Pichit's second half penalty was his sixth goal of the campaign and levelled maters after PTT had taken a first half advantage.
Any thoughts that Bangkok FC have of being promoted will most likely have been shelved for the time being after they were humbled 4-1 at Saraburi. Maro Neto claimed a brace helping Saraburi move up to mid-table.
Sriracha are also moving in the right direction. Rawet scored twice for the Blue Marlins while Tanet caught the Krabi keeper off his line to score with a long range free kick. Krabi did pull a goal back but they lost their discipline late on with two players being sent off.
In the final game, it ended Siam Navy 1-0 Rayong FC. Walther was given a straight red for Rayong after a deliberate hand ball on the line before Pornpracha tucked away the resultant penalty. Anukorn then joined Walther in the away dressing room after a wild kick at an opponent.
