Thai Port and Wuachon United played out a tame goalless draw at the PAT Stadium.
Korean, Whoo Hyun, almost gave the hosts an early lead but his close range header was finely saved by Wuachon goalkeeper Chayoot.
Port had another great chance on the half hour mark but Mario Cesar Da Silva couldn't connect from inches out after a free kick had been parried into his path by the visitor's keeper.
The first half was becoming a tale of set pieces and central defenders as Wuachon's Kone Seydou got into the act when his header stuck woodwork as the interval loomed.
In the second half, Wuachon had more shots at goal although the majority of them were wildly off target. The closest the Fighting Bulls came was minutes from the end when Aron da Silva was whiskers away from grabbing a late winner.
On the whole, a draw was a fair result. Port had some decent build up play but the lack of options in the box was alarming at times. Thai Port have gone almost six hours of football now without a TPL goal with the last one being Sarawut's strike against Buriram United. The arrival of Anusak and the return from injury of Alex Ruella will surely help matters. As for Wuachon, they certainly tried to win the game rather than sitting back for a point. They didn't play particularly well yet they showed enough to suggest that they'll comfortably finish in the top half of the league.
