League Cup Semi Final Results

Buriram Utd 5-0 Rayong FC (Agg 5-1)
Nakhon Ratchasima 1-1 Ratchaburi (Agg 1-1 Ratchaburi win on away goals)

It's going to be a repeat of last year's final after Buriram and Ratchaburi both negotiated their semi finals with contrasting performances.

Any thoughts of Buriram not making it to their fourth successive league cup final were quickly erased as first half goals from Hirano, Osmar (penalty), and Anawin null and voided Rayong's 1-0 first leg advantage. Suchao and Jesus Berrocal added second half goals to nail Buriram's place in the final.

In Nakhon Ratchasima, Jhon Obregon's 9th minute breakaway goal for Ratchaburi sent them through to the final. Both sides were reduced to ten men shortly before the interval when Farid and Pralong were dismissed after a clash on the deck.
The second half was one way traffic as Korat battered Ratchaburi. In the 63rd minute, Nakhon Ratchasima equalized when the unfortunate diving Ratchaburi keeper, Chayut, knocked in Chivuta's shot with his head after it had rebounded off the post.
From the remaining 30 minutes, Ratchaburi battened down the hatches as Kato (twice), Chivuta, Yutana (twice) all had great chances to score the winning goal.
